About this role
As an intern, you will support our category strategy and seller operations initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with Account Managers, Campaign teams, and Operations to help solve seller issues, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Support business analysis by data pulling and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving seller performance, ecosystem efficiency, and overall Fashion category growth.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to execute policy and optimizing content growth
- Support other strategic analyses and ad-hoc projects based on evolving Fashion category priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate industry, supply chain, and broader ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Commit to at least 3 months of internship with full WFO in Jakarta

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous internship experience in consulting/finance/tech industry
- Interest in e-commerce, marketplace operations, and the Fashion category.
- Have experience in operating SQL is a major plus
