About the team
The Fashion Strategy team is responsible for identifying key business opportunities and initiating strategic projects to drive sustainable growth within the Fashion category. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose business performance, identify growth bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions across the Fashion ecosystem.
About this role
In this role, the intern will actively contribute to strategic and operational initiatives within the Fashion category. The intern will apply systematic problem-solving and quantitative analysis to identify performance gaps, understand key business drivers, and uncover growth opportunities across the Fashion ecosystem. Throughout the program, the intern will gain hands-on experience in conducting end-to-end business analysis, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic projects in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Support business analysis by data pulling and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving seller performance, ecosystem efficiency, and overall Fashion category growth.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to execute policy and optimizing content growth
- Support other strategic analyses and ad-hoc projects based on evolving Fashion category priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate industry, supply chain, and broader ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Commit to at least 4 months of internship
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous internship experience in consulting/finance/tech industry
- Interest in e-commerce, marketplace operations, and the Fashion category.
