Responsibilities

Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
Event Configuration & Execution
- Assist with pre-event preparation, including consolidating event rules, verifying creator lists, and collecting and entering basic data.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, and Creator Management teams to support event launch and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Monitor event performance in real time, including reviewing leaderboards and live rooms; promptly identify and document abnormalities (e.g., policy risks, content issues, creator behavior anomalies) and help escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
- Support post-event analysis by organizing data and key observations to inform future optimization.

Content & Creator Education Production / Video Editing / Graphic Design
- Assist in producing creator education materials such as feature explainers, operational guides, and event tutorials, including scripting, asset preparation, and copywriting support.
- Handle basic video editing (screen capture, cutting, subtitles, simple effects) tailored for TikTok, Discord, and internal communication channels.
- Participate in graphic design work, including event key visuals, internal training materials, educational documents, and event recap assets.
- Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, or Canva is preferred.
- Organize creator feedback and case studies to support content iteration and product review.

Offline Event Support & Execution
- Assist in planning offline events (e.g., Studio Days, Creator Meetups), including venue coordination, material preparation, and on-site workflow support.
- Provide on-site assistance with shooting, creator reception, and event order maintenance to ensure successful execution.
