Electronics Category Strategy Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Vietnam Electronics Category Strategy team drives strategic planning and business growth initiatives for TikTok Shop's electronics category across the Vietnam market. The team partners closely with business stakeholders to shape category direction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sustainable and profitable performance aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis to drive operational and business insights for e-commerce initiatives.
- Monitor key business performance metrics and prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance, sales trends, and overall platform operations to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and category development initiatives.
- Prepare presentation decks, meeting documentation, and project updates for internal stakeholders and leadership discussions.
- Provide support for ad hoc operational, analytical, and strategy-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytical (Excel, SQL, or Tableau) and data summarization capabilities with attention to detail.
- Basic commercial acumen and sound business judgment with strong problem solving abilities
- Structured, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt.
