Responsibilities

Team Introduction:
TikTok's Content Ecosystem team is responsible for the health and prosperity of content users and creators to improve DAU in the long term. Our team deeply dives into the following fields: tracking the whole content ecosystem and finding potential challenges and opportunities; cooperating closely with the RD team on model recognition, content understanding, and algorithms, targeting to balance the traffic in different formats, optimize traffic distribution, content diversifications, creator experience of moderation, user experience of interactions, and more problems.

Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's/ PhD degree in computer science, statistics, information management, data science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the governance of TikTok short videos or comment ecosystem, deeply understand content, business data and user requirements, and establish a governance evaluation framework;
- Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, content risks are explored from multiple perspectives including users, creators and the platform, and vague signals are converted into clear problem definitions and quantifiable objectives;
- Explore and apply large language models(LLMs) and other AI technologies to enhance content understanding and risk identification capabilities, and translate model insights into scalable governance strategies and operational workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- With a bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in computer science, statistics, information management, data science or other related fields;
- Good content comprehension ability, excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills, resilience, sense of responsibility, and the ability to identify key points to solve complex problems;

Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with experience in AI large model projects or relevant internships are preferred;
- Familiarity with global markets or cross-cultural environments.
