Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. This internship will be project based.

Responsibilities
- Policy Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and rollout of new business policies and product features. Ensure smooth communication, training, and implementation across relevant internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Performance Tracking & Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards. Track key operational metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to support leadership in data-driven decision-making.
- Reward & Incentive Management: Support the end-to-end setup, configuration, and administration of client/merchant reward programs. Ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and timely execution of incentive payouts.
- Cross-functional Issue Resolution: Partner closely with Account Managers (AMs) and cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client operational issues, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and process efficiency.
