E-commerce Operations & Data Analysis Project Intern (TikTok Shop Italy) - 2026 Start

TikTok Shop is redefining how people discover and buy products by bringing together sellers, creators, and communities through a seamless in-app shopping experience.

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Mass Account Management team in Italy. In this role, you will support both the Seller Incubation and Seller Acquisition workstreams, helping the team improve reporting, identify growth opportunities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and explore how AI can make our operations more scalable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about e-commerce, comfortable working with data, and excited to contribute in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve weekly performance reports across seller incubation and acquisition workstreams.
- Analyze seller, campaign, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support acquisition campaign coordination with external paid media or performance marketing agencies when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams, including TPA teams supporting seller onboarding and incubation, as well as local Industry Account Managers.
- Help track seller progress, operational milestones, and campaign outcomes to support better business decisions.
- Build and refine trackers, dashboards, and repeatable reporting processes to improve team visibility and execution.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute clear, structured insights and challenge assumptions with data, curiosity, and direct thinking.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, seller growth, or social commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset, with confidence working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and structured data.
- Proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Working proficiency in English for collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Working proficiency in Italian for communication with local market stakeholders, partners, or sellers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, project, or coursework experience related to e-commerce, marketplaces, consulting, marketing, operations, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, marketplace operations, seller management, paid acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, trackers, or simple workflow automations.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied to productivity, analysis, and operational improvement.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
