E-Commerce Enablers Partnership Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand TSP's (E-Commerce Enablers) coverage.
- Be involved in data analysis, reporting and data entry work; helping to derive insights from TSP activities, helping to inform strategic decisions and refine business development strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining a shared knowledge base for the TSP, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the TSP team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related technical discipline
- Have rich experience in project management and XFN collaboration
- Eager to learn, hard worker and motivated
