Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
- Formulation of business direction, KPI setting, and team management for the Creator Operations team.
- Business operations and team member management in creator management tasks.
- Development, implementation, and effectiveness measurement of LIVE creator growth strategies.

- Exploration and business operations of the music vertical genre on TikTok LIVE.
- Establishment and operation of creator communities aimed at improving engagement on the platform.
- Development of in-app features, content creation, and localization tasks to support LIVE streaming activities.
- Formulation, implementation, effectiveness measurement, and management of event development team members for in-app event strategies.
- Construction and implementation of in-app event journeys to maximize growth opportunities by analyzing the needs and challenges of each creator segment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep interest and understanding of the live streaming industry.
- Experience in team building and management.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with experience in international and diverse environments.
- Data analysis skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience in the live streaming industry.
- Practical experience in team management at talent management companies (entertainment agencies, talent agencies, record labels, MCNs, etc.) or game operation companies.
- Practical experience in the live streaming industry.

- Practical operational experience with BI tools.
