Job Description
1. Drive the core infrastructure of our overseas POI data production platform-owning throughput, accuracy, and freshness metrics that directly enable international offline expansion.
2. Translate shifting business requirements into clear technical roadmaps; decompose ambiguous goals into executable milestones and align internal teams plus external vendors to deliver.
3. Champion AI-native workflows that accelerate data validation, enrichment, and anomaly detection; push the frontier of automation in geospatial data pipelines.
4. Partner with machine learning and engineering leads to define north-star metrics, iterate on data quality algorithms, and land improvements that cascade across downstream consumer and merchant products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets; you frame hypotheses in numbers and validate through experimentation.
3. Strong business intuition-you can map disparate user needs to platform capabilities and prioritize accordingly.
4. Self-starter with a bias for action and a proven record of driving cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience operating data production platforms, CRM systems, B2B tooling, or AI-augmented workflow products.
2. Background in geospatial data, local services, or marketplace operations.
3. Experience in AI model training or algorithm platform optimization.
