Responsibilities
TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.
You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.
About the team
Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Responsibilities
- Business Analysis and Management: Global Business Solutions business data analysis, develop strategic planning, provide solutions and implementation plans; based on the understanding and analysis of the specific business domains, continuously optimize control rules, product tools and business operations, to provide strong support for the implementation of the strategy.

- Regular monitoring and data analysis on various business metrics of Outbound E-commerce, and provide corresponding solutions to assist the platform sales team to continuously improve consumer experience.
- Business puzzle breakdown: familiar with Outbound E-commerce rules, deeply support sales and client solution team leader to do project task breakdown, prioritization, monitoring important business progress; able to measure project output and efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer or a related discipline.
- Strong data analytics capabilities.
- Outstanding reasoning capability and logic, with good problem solving methodologies, being able to independently output quality strategic solutions, strong learning and adaptive ability, strategic framework thinking, sensitivity and insight into the business.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business and data performance.
- Professional fluency in English.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is preferred, SQL is a plus.
- Fast learner, passionate about participating in business, and able to adapt to high-intensity and fast-growing work environment.
