About the Team
The Data Science team is a global, full-stack data team that plays an important role in empowering and driving the growth of TikTok Shop. Through impactful data insights and data products, the team focuses on areas such as metrics development, product, operation, algorithm improvement, data infrastructure, and data product development. The team enables informed decision-making and helps optimize the performance and effectiveness of TikTok Shop.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at our Company.

We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily statistical analysis of business data, coordinating resources for tracking and in-depth analysis of abnormal situations;
2. Assist analysts in Data Insight and Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis to quickly locate internal problems or find opportunities;
3. Assist analysts in the construction and improvement of Data Analysis system, and explore business opportunities in terms of traffic, products and strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Actively enrolled university student
2. Bachelor degree or above, computer, statistics, mathematics and other related majors are preferred;
3. Skilled in SQL, EXCEL, Python and at least one scripting language, familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods;

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and initiative;
2. Good logical thinking ability, business interpretation ability and fast learning ability;
3. Passion to numbers and love Data Analysis work.
