We are seeking experienced operations professionals responsible for overseeing the overall creative needs of our APAC clients. From material services to influencer content, from insights to production and marketing, they ensure the creative team's contribution to clients' business growth.

1. Lead the development of Creator Monetization strategies and gameplay across key regions and verticals, identifying product opportunities and driving deep integration between creator content supply and ad monetization.
2. Work closely with advertising product, marketing science, and sales teams to understand brand marketing needs, co-develop effective creator-based ad formats, and establish scalable, high-impact creative monetization frameworks.
3. Build and implement Creator GTM strategies by collaborating with marketing and sales; design pilot cases, summarize learnings into product prototypes, and expand successful practices across regions to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
4. Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize creator-ad monetization features, including documentation, data tracking, product iteration, and new collaboration models; continuously analyze competitor trends and market opportunities.
5. Drive data-driven decision-making, establishing metrics and dashboards for both creator supply and advertiser demand sides; translate analytical insights into actionable strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, creator ecosystem, product operations, or related fields; familiarity with overseas or APAC creator and ad monetization models preferred.
2. Proven ability in cross-functional communication, strategic problem-solving, and project management, with a strong analytical mindset and capability to turn complex challenges into structured solutions.
3. Demonstrated business and market acumen, capable of understanding both creator and advertiser perspectives to design monetization strategies that align with platform growth.
4. Excellent English communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with global teams and external partners.
5. Highly motivated, adaptable, and globally minded, with a passion for driving innovative monetization models in the creator economy.
