Creator Strategist Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

The team drives creator operations performance through structured target setting, scorecard design, and regular performance reviews to identify gaps and optimize business outcomes. It leads deep dives into key business topics such as creator incubation, creator level-up strategies, and assortment solutions. The team also manages strategic projects, including high-quality livestream initiatives, to support scalable and sustainable creator growth.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support analysis task about creator and content supply
- Support assortment matchmaking analysis
- Conduct weekly data tracking and periodical business review
- Assist in project communication with cross-function teams and project management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student with degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Able to commit for at least 3 months, 4 days in office
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess e-commerce intern experience
- Strong communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get results
- Strong interest in data analysis, ecommerce, and creator marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy
