Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
- Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
- Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
- Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing
- Proficient in Excel or Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.
- Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform proactively, and effective in team communication and collaboration.
- Able to commit at least 5 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months;
