The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. Join TikTok LIVE's Service & Experience team to help elevate global live streaming experiences. You'll work directly with massive user feedback, using data insights and process optimization to address core experience issues-impacting billions of users in real time.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily operation support of the local live streaming ecosystem, and assist in improving the operational efficiency and refined management level of key anchors through hierarchical management and label system maintenance.

- Collaborate in the whole process of activity execution, including reward information collection, customized material promotion and supply chain connection, to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism and enhance the participation experience of anchors.
- Participate in content operation and distribution work, based on short video screening and optimization, to identify high-quality cases and convert them into educational content to empower the growth of anchors at different levels.
- Support operation construction and maintenance, carry out content update and iteration based on the existing page framework, and ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of information transmission.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors.
- Possess good logical thinking and execution abilities, and can promote the implementation of specific tasks under guidance.
- Strong sense of responsibility, clear communication skills, and a certain awareness of cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Have basic knowledge of content operation or event operation. Relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
