Creator Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Japan) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in creator operations for EC livestream, including daily communication with creators and creator agencies.
- Monitor creators' live performance and conduct basic data analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Discover high-quality EC content, summarize successful livestream best practices, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and creator growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Familiar with E-Commerce, livestreaming, and/or content creation. Comfortable using social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, etc.
- Comfortable working with basic data analysis and able to draw simple insights from data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
