Creator Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.

The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and sellers.

We are looking for an intern who is enthusiastic about joining us to establish TikTok Shop as one of the most effective monetization strategies for Spanish creators.

- Ownership of increasing the number of creators and creator agency partnerships with key results and driving high-quality growth in TikTok Commerce.
- Ownership for community channel management via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct creator management activities & partner education.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
- Will help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.
