Responsibilities
Team introduction
TikTok Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
- Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia) to support smooth collaboration with Indonesian merchants, agencies and internal teams.
- Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.
- Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills.
- Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused.
- Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
- Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
- Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using simple design tools to craft clear and engaging mass communication messages for the community.
