Creator Operations Project Intern (TikTok Local Services) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

TikTok Local Services - Travel is a dynamic and innovative team within the TikTok Local Services ecosystem, focusing on revolutionizing the travel industry through digital innovation and user-centric solutions. Our mission is to inspire new life and empower good business in the travel sector, connecting travelers with unique experiences and businesses with a global audience.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support creator management for TikTok GO (assist with onboarding, communication, and daily support for creators)
- Assist in organizing and running creator campaigns (help prepare campaign materials, manage timelines, and coordinate logistics)
- Track and report campaign progress (collect data, summarize results, and share updates with team)
- Help manage internal documentation related to creator activities and campaigns
- Support with social media monitoring and basic content checks (flag issues or report trends to the team)
- Assist with maintaining records for creator and campaign projects
- Communicate with creators to solve simple questions or issues, escalating as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Working days: At least 3 full days/week, flexible for strong candidates
- Office: Tokyo Hikarie
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level
- Internship experience: Required

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Background in marketing or social media, or relevant campus experience
- Prefer local students; international students OK if ≤28 hrs/week and JP business level
- No partial workdays (must be full days)
