Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Creator Growth Support: Assist in identifying and onboarding high-potential creators and agencies through various channels like the affiliate program, championships, and training sessions.
- Campaign & Program Execution: Support the planning and optimization of creator growth frameworks to drive sustainable success on TikTok Shop.
- Operational Excellence: Help streamline operational processes and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
- Data & Insights: Analyze creator performance trends and develop actionable insights to help scale quality content and creator supply.
- Account Management: Assist in building presentations and handling queries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficient in analysis and communication software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- A strong interest in the E-commerce landscape, particularly in Poland.
- Familiarity with social media trends, short-form video, and live-streaming content.
- Data-driven and structured thinker with great attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once with excellent organizational skills.
