About the Team
TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. - Work with Category, Product, Campaign, Operations, and Finance teams to improve creator opportunities, remove execution blockers, and strengthen platform support mechanisms.
- Act as the main operational partner for creators, helping them navigate TikTok GO priorities, tools, processes, and growth opportunities.
- Communicate platform goals and campaign requirements in a clear and creator-friendly way, ensuring creators understand what to focus on and how to improve.
- Collect creator insights, operational pain points, and market feedback, then translate them into recommendations for product, process, and program improvements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential creators who can become long-term partners and contribute to TikTok GO growth.
