Creator Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE US Latin
Responsibilities
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
The Creator Operations Manager will drive both individual creator success and at-scale growth through the design and implementation of creator campaigns, scalable marketing programs, and educational initiatives. This role bridges operational excellence with creator-focused strategy-ensuring that campaigns, resources, and community programs reach diverse creator segments and contribute to platform-wide growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
Creator Showcase Development
-Monitor platform metrics (e.g., growth, retention, monetization) to identify opportunities and pain points across creator segments
-Design creator growth strategies focused on retention, content output, and monetization adoption
-Identify tailored but scalable growth opportunities across different creator income tiers and verticals
Campaign Management
-Plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement, new feature adoption, behavioral shifts, or revenue growth
-Analyze campaign performance and scale successful pilots
-Enable Creator Managers to run campaigns independently via training, playbooks, and best practices
Creator Marketing & At-Scale Amplification
-Lead marketing initiatives that scale creator storytelling (e.g., spotlight campaigns, seasonal activations, themed challenges)
-Turn 1:1 creator success stories into narratives that inspire the broader ecosystem
-Measure amplification impact using KPIs like campaign reach, participation, and audience engagement
At-Scale Education
-Build educational content and programs (e.g., resource hubs, workshops, virtual events) tailored to different creator growth stages
-Foster community-led, peer-to-peer initiatives
-Identify support/education gaps across income tiers and propose scalable solutions
-Document and share playbooks for campaign and education execution
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-2-4 years of experience in campaign management, creator operations, or digital content platforms-preferably with LIVE content experience in tech, social media, or the creator economy
-Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
-Proven project management, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign execution abilities
-Ability to design scalable systems and workflows
-Deep understanding of the US Latin digital creator ecosystem and cultural nuances
-Bilingual in English and Spanish required due to working with Spanish speaking client groups
Preferred Qualification:
-Experience in content marketing or creator education
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $143556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
