Responsibilities
- Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
- Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage mass communication, thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
- Good understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry.
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
