Creator Operations Intern (TikTok Live) - 2027 Start

Responsibilities:
- Support Creator Managers in tracking the LIVE performance of an assigned creator portfolio, including revenue, LIVE hours, Go LIVE UV, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly growth plans for creators across different maturity stages (pre-top, top).
- Help diagnose performance gaps across traffic, content quality, LIVE cadence, and engagement, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Prepare pre-LIVE briefs and run-of-show materials, and support structured post-LIVE performance reviews with creators.
- Support creators in building sustainable LIVE schedules and strengthening core LIVE fundamentals such as pacing, interaction, and audience retention.
- Help document and package successful creator cases into playbooks, education materials, and best practices that can be shared across the wider creator community.
- Assist in planning and executing creator campaigns, workshops, and online/offline events in Istanbul and other key cities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Agency, Campaign, Education, and regional partners - to help unlock traffic, incentives, and campaign opportunities for creators.
- Collect and organize creator feedback and data-driven insights to support improvements to tools, workflows, and operational processes.
- Maintain creator databases, trackers, and operational documentation with a high standard of accuracy.
- Support cross-functional projects and perform other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a university in Türkiye.
- Able to provide a university internship agreement where applicable, or otherwise eligible to work in Türkiye.
- Fluent Turkish, plus excellent English (written and spoken) - English is the working language with regional and global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Comfortable communicating directly with creators and external partners in a professional, service-oriented way.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work from our Istanbul office 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work or study - for example, analyzing datasets and turning them into meaningful insights, drafting and structuring documents with LLMs, automating repetitive tasks, or building prompts and workflows that save time. We care about how you actually apply AI, not which tools you've heard of.
- Previous internship experience in operations, consulting, internet, or technology companies.
- Genuine interest in the creator economy, livestreaming, social media, or digital entertainment, with familiarity with Turkish creator and LIVE trends.
