Creator Operation Specialist (Campaign& GTM) - TikTok LIVE

4 days ago Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users.

As the SMB Creator Manager, you will be responsible for creator recruitment, growth, and empowerment. You will also drive the prosperity of the SMB live streaming ecosystem in a scalable and efficient manner, achieving core business objectives.

As an SMB Creator Manager, you will be the core driver of our SMB live streaming ecosystem's growth. We value passion for live streaming and hands-on execution ability over rigid work experience - we are looking for someone who is eager to dive in, take ownership, and independently lead key initiatives including creator education, campaign planning & launch, and product feature promotion. You will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our creator operations, ensuring that SMB creators and merchants can fully leverage TikTok Live to achieve their business goals, while contributing to the overall prosperity of our live streaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & End-to-End Execution: Independently design, plan, and launch high-impact creator campaigns tailored to diverse SMB creators to drive ecosystem growth.
2. Product Feature GTM & Promotion: Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and promotional assets for key TikTok Live product features. Take responsibility for feature penetration and adoption among SMB creators - including designing promotional plans, creating educational content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure features are effectively communicated and widely used, maximizing product value.
3. Creator Education & Empowerment: Independently design and implement end-to-end creator education programs to enhance SMB creators' live streaming professionalism and content quality. This includes developing training materials (e.g., guides, tutorials, live workshops), providing one-on-one or group coaching, and continuously optimizing education content based on creator needs and performance data, helping creators improve their live streaming skills, increase audience engagement, and grow their business.
4. Ecosystem Growth & Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to scale the SMB live streaming ecosystem in an efficient, sustainable way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, address creator pain points, and drive core business objectives such as creator retention, live stream conversion, and merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimun Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Good understanding and strong passion for the live streaming industry, the creator economy, and SMB business. Excellent content sense and business acumen.
3. Proven hands-on experience in UGC operations, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end campaigns and design growth systems for creators.
4. Exceptional data analysis skills: ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, evaluate initiative effectiveness, and make strategic decisions.
5. Outstanding communication, coordination, and cross-functional project management skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Prior experience in campaign operations, UGC growth, product feature GTM, or related fields (experience in live streaming platforms is a significant plus).
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset - ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and find creative solutions to challenges.
3. Extensive network of local SMB, creator, or influencer contacts.
