TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Elevate Top Creators: Identify and champion standout TikTok Live creators by securing high-impact visibility opportunities across media features, strategic partnerships, and public-facing events.
- PR & Storytelling: Partner with internal PR and Communications teams to craft compelling creator-driven stories for press, social media, and owned platforms.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with brands, media outlets, and event organizers to unlock co-marketing initiatives and visibility opportunities for creators.

- Content Creation: Develop case studies, success stories, and spotlight videos that demonstrate the impact and reach of TikTok Live creators.
- Event Strategy & Activation: Drive creator participation in key industry events, panels, festivals, and brand activations that enhance creator and platform visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creator Operations, Content, Marketing, and PR teams to align strategies, ensure message consistency, and deliver high-impact executions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, talent marketing, or strategic partnerships-preferably within social media, entertainment, or digital content.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American creator landscape and entertainment trends.
- Proven experience working with creators, talent managers, or public figures.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to build lasting partner relationships.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.
