Responsibilities

As part of the US LIVE Operations team, the US Creator Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of mid-tier creators, using a profiled-based operational system to identify potential, build growth paths, and prevent drop-offs. The role focuses on both 1:1 coaching of high-potential creators and many scaled operations, ensuring creators progress from mid-tier to top-level through campaigns, content programs, and co-production opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Analysis: Build a deep understanding of the mid-tier creator landscape through data analysis and qualitative profiling across various content types.
- Creator Identification: Use quantitative signals and qualitative assessments to identify high-potential creators within defined clusters.
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted playbooks tailored to specific creator clusters (e.g., funnel design, content-to-LIVE strategies, gifting triggers).
- Scaled Operations: Execute and manage campaigns across SV, behavior, revenue, and content dimensions to filter, activate, and elevate creators by lifecycle stage.
- Performance Monitoring: Lead weekly dashboard reviews to assess creator performance; generate actionable insights and iterate on growth strategies accordingly.
- Co-Production Initiatives: Launch and manage co-production programs-from selection and diagnosis to co-creation and optimization-to turn focus creators into platform showcases.
- Process Optimization: Document and refine SOPs to enhance creator education, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
- Success Amplification: Collect and amplify creator success stories across official and marketing channels to inspire the broader creator community.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creator management, content operations, or growth strategy at a high-growth consumer tech company (LIVE/video/social platforms preferred).
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing creator growth programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to synthesize creator feedback and platform data into scalable growth mechanisms.
- Effective communicator, comfortable with both 1:1 coaching and managing creator communities at scale.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to diagnosing creator drop-off points and monetization barriers.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, marketing, and campaign operations.
- Deep passion for the creator economy, with a strong balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with creators in a platform or network setting.
- Previous involvement in launching or scaling LIVE-streaming or gifting monetization programs.
- Experience managing creator education or onboarding programs.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
