Creator Incubation Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the team
This team supports the evolving Indonesia Affiliate Operation business for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia. The team's responsibility is to strengthen merchant partnerships, creator incubation, and team management.

About this role
As a Creator Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our creator ecosystem. You will work closely with the team to manage creator relationships, monitor performance through data analysis, and identify opportunities to improve creator engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks for the OCIC (Creator Tagging) process.
- Assist with Creator Acquisition by compiling creator lists, retrieving contact information from Pearl, and sharing qualified leads with the Creator Management (CM) team.
- Checking on agent's Quality Assurance: Choosing sample and re-check on QA team scoring
- Support Robocall by uploading creator UIDs, scheduling call, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student
- An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to detail (Familiar with Excel)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
