Creator Community Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai

Responsibilities

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of our rapid expansion in the MENAT region, we are actively seeking a skilled professional to join our TikTok LIVE Operations team in Dubai as a Creator Community Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall strategy for creator community operations across the Middle East and Turkey, improving creator reach, go live activity, and revenue efficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
2. Develop and iterate operational strategies based on creator lifecycle and tiered management goals, building clear growth paths and scalable operational mechanisms.
3. Identify high-value creator segments and integrate education, content optimization, product adoption, and campaign initiatives to establish a repeatable and scalable community operations framework that accelerates creator growth.
4. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, enhance operational capabilities, and support critical business breakthroughs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Years of experience in operations.
- Ability to break down complex problems using metrics and design effective operational strategies.
- Strong ability to identify issues through data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive execution.
- Deep understanding of creator growth paths and behavioural motivations.
- Proficient in English as a working language to collaborate with global stakeholders and departments.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in community operations, campaign operations, or creator management is preferred.
- Experience building community operations from 0 to 1 or scaling operations at large scale .
- Familiarity with GTM strategies or user growth frameworks.
- Experience managing KOLs/influencers.
- Prior experience in live streaming platforms, content platforms, or creator ecosystems is highly preferred
- Experience in tiered operations or user growth/lifecycle systems is a plus
- Experience in international or overseas markets is preferred.
