About the team
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities
- Creative marketing strategy formulation and execution: developing and implementing creative marketing plans for the UK and European TikTok Shop, including daily promotions, seasonal campaigns, and themed marketing initiatives. Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on market trends and user feedback to improve user engagement and conversion rates;
- Marketing campaign planning and execution: planning and tracking key marketing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery;
- Market research and data analysis: lead market research, analyse marketing campaign performance, monitor production quality, and review reports;
- Cross-team communication and collaboration:Work closely with operations, merchant management, creator/affiliate, and design teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives;
- User insights & user growth: monitor market trends, user behavior patterns, and competitor activities to provide references for the team. Learn to approach and solve problems from a brand perspective, building a solid marketing mindset.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above;
- 5+ years or proven experience in marketing strategy, user growth, advertising campaigns, creative content & operations, or influencer marketing partnerships;
- Have good showcases in creative marketing strategies and ad campaigns;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer acquisition strategies, with the ability to develop effective marketing plans based on business objectives;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to use data and user insights to inform growth strategies;
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Comfortable working across departments and managing coordination across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past work experience in e-commerce marketplace/4A companies/creative agencies is highly preferred.
- Experience driving business growth in overseas markets, particularly in Europe or the UK;
- Demonstrated innovation and self-motivation, with the ability to explore and develop new growth channels beyond existing frameworks;
- Proven track record of applying data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Candidates with experience on running personal social media accounts (e.g. TikTok, Red, Instagram, etc.), with a clear content strategy, content explosure & follower growth showcases, are also welcome to apply.
