Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a forward-looking business strategy aligned with the TikTok Local Services's mission and growth objectives.

2. Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and engage with clients and partners to drive growth of Local Services.
3. Product Strategy and Development: Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.
4. Organizational Development: Build and restructure the team to improve agility, scale, and execution; Scope includes building creator ops, creator strategy, agency and business development team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in business development, operational leadership, and team building.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial leader with excellent execution skills.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.
- Familiar with transaction-based business models built on content platforms.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $300000 - $400000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
