We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Content Safety Operations Platform team. In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of product solutions for risk detection, case investigation, and RCA attribution platforms.
You will work closely with internal users and cross-functional teams to drive the full lifecycle of product requirements, from requirement intake and scope clarification to solution design, documentation, coordination, delivery, and acceptance. This is a strong opportunity for candidates who are interested in product management, content safety, AI-powered platforms, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate closely with internal users and stakeholders to understand business scenarios, identify pain points, and clarify requirement scope
- Participate in product planning and solution design for content safety operations platforms, including risk sensing, investigation, and RCA attribution workflows
- Write clear and structured product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and supporting materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, to ensure efficient implementation and alignment
- Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure timely delivery of product requirements
- Support product acceptance, validation, and launch readiness to ensure delivered features meet business expectations
- Continuously collect feedback from users and stakeholders, and help iterate on product capabilities and user experience
- Explore how LLM and multimodal/agent-based capabilities can be applied to improve product efficiency and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Strong interest in product management and platform product work
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to work closely with different stakeholders
- Able to handle a certain level of work intensity and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English required to communicate with internal stakeholders and engineers based in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree candidate, preferably in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Fast learner with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
