Responsibilities

Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Content Moderator - Feature interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals

What will I be doing?
- You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.
- You are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.
- You will improve the content management strategy for platforms.
- You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- You are a fast learner and a good communicator and can speak, read and write fluently in English and Thai.
- Willing to work on shifts.
- You pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work.
