Team Introduction
TikTok Design Team is to provide first-class user experience for hundreds of millions of users around the world, thereby helping them create and express better, discover the diversity and beauty of the world, break down more barriers, and build bridges between people. We are an international design team with Product Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer and Localization Expert from all over the world working together to make every impossible possible.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

- Design and iterate content experiences for TikTok LIVE, including writing interface copy, crafting interactive prompts, and developing content strategies that enhance user engagement.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design AI-powered interactive features; use AI-assisted development tools (Vibe Coding) to quickly build functional prototypes that turn content ideas into testable, user-friendly experiences.
- Optimise the content design workflow by leveraging AI co-development tools and low-code/no-code solutions to build automated toolchains for content production (e.g., layout validation, asset generation, copy review), improving overall team efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-generated copy and prototype demos - from generating and adapting on-brand text using large language models to implementing interactive demos that showcase the final experience.
