The TikTok Shop Brazil Operation Team is responsible for scaling one of TikTok Shop's most promising verticals, working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to drive growth. This internship is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the category and gain experience in marketplace strategy, campaign planning, and creator collaboration.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research on creator content trends, live commerce formats, and platform dynamics, and synthesize insights into clear takeaways
- Analyze creator, content, and campaign performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks
- Support data tracking and reporting, and proactively suggest improvements to metrics or analysis frameworks
- Participate in the setup and optimization of creator-related campaigns and platform activities, with increasing ownership over defined modules
- Assist in designing campaign mechanics, rules, and creator segmentation logic under guidance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and continuous optimization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social media management, or related fields。
- Fluent in Portuguese, with written and verbal communication skills in English for stakeholder communication.
- Able to commit to a minimum working duration of 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital commerce, consumer goods, or marketplace operations
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with spreadsheets and draw conclusions from data
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment
