The Creative Solutions Business Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving commercialization efforts, and improving operational execution across high-impact initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional leadership to support decisions that accelerate revenue growth, improve business performance, and build scalable operating models.
Working across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, this individual identifies opportunities to improve business performance, develops go-to-market and commercialization plans for new and evolving solutions, and leads complex initiatives from planning through implementation. They operate with a high degree of autonomy, turning ambiguous business challenges into clear priorities, structured workstreams, and aligned execution plans while ensuring stakeholders remain focused on shared business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Drive commercialization planning for creative advertising solutions by identifying business opportunities that support revenue growth and market adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, partnering across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Build and improve scalable operating frameworks, processes, and execution models that support go-to-market readiness and long-term growth.
- Translate customer, market, and business insights into clear recommendations that inform solution strategy, prioritization, and market positioning.
- Align stakeholders around priorities, recommendations, timelines, and key decisions to enable effective execution across teams.
- Track business performance through data-driven analysis, identifying opportunities to improve commercial results, operational efficiency, and overall business effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of working and implementing scalable solutions that support evolving business priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, publisher partner relationships, commercialization, business operations, digital advertising, management consulting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic business outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience developing go-to-market strategies, scalable business frameworks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising, media, technology, consulting, or a related industry, with an understanding of the evolving advertising and creator ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic narratives and executive-level communications, including business recommendations, presentations, and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience translating customer, market, and business insights into scalable strategies and growth opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, with a track record of driving innovation, navigating ambiguity, and influencing outcomes in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
