Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Data analysis for upsell & solution adoption: Build queries and dashboards on internal BI platforms to analyze campaign performance, and translate the results into upsell opportunities and prioritized target lists for the sales team.

- AI-powered automation workflows: Design and operate end-to-end AI workflows that combine multiple internal tools to automate recurring analyses and deliver them to the right channels on a scheduled basis.
- Ad-hoc data analysis projects: Take on a variety of project-based analyses - including TikTok creative insights, market, and vertical-level deep dives - and turn them into working proposals for advertisers.
- Team enablement & cross-functional collaboration: Turn analyses into reusable team assets (reports, dashboards, learnings, playbooks, training), and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Ops) to productize solutions for the wider Content & Services team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in the following languages: English and Korean. Fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Korean-speaking markets.
- Data-Fluent: Working proficiency in a data language such as SQL and/or Python, with strong Excel or Sheets skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data and translate them into marketing insights and solution recommendations.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Hands-on experience with AI / LLM-based workflows (prompt engineering, chaining multiple AI tools, automating report generation).
- Familiarity with BI / data-visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience with market analysis using 3rd-party market-intelligence tools.
- Proactive attitude toward internal tooling & team adoption: eagerness to continuously discover new tools and updates, insights, and practical use cases.
- Strong stakeholder communication, adaptability, and a self-starter mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow.
- Passion for TikTok and building innovative solutions from the ground up.
- Start as soon as possible, 5 months commitment.
- Per week attendance: 3 days minimum.
