About the team
The Client Solutions Team at TikTok drives account growth through high-touch client service and strategic education on TikTok's advertising solutions, empowering brands to achieve their marketing and business objectives. We operate at the intersection of deep product expertise, vertical specialization, and market intelligence-collaborating cross-functionally to deliver holistic, results-driven solutions. Responsibilities
Being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders
- We are in the business of solutions - these cover everything from strategy, product adoption and optimizations to help our clients link their marketing objectives to their business goals.
- Continuously keeping up-to-date with product evolutions, competitive dynamics, and vertical market trends to deliver holistic, actionable insights that guide strategic roadmaps for clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Design and execute robust "test-and-learn" frameworks utilizing full-funnel measurement solutions-including Brand Lift Studies (BLS), Conversion Lift Studies (CLS), and overall ad effectiveness metrics-to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Strategically drive and facilitate the integration of foundational tracking signals (Pixels, MMPs) and social commerce solutions (eg TikTok Shop) to maximize client measurement capabilities and revenue growth.
- Drive client education and capability building by regularly presenting data-driven business reviews, workshops and market narratives, positioning the company as a vital strategic consultant in the client's growth roadmap whilst unlocking incremental value, and secure deep, long-term business partnerships
- Establish the value of TikTok as a part of a brand's media mix and communication strategy.

Account Management, Campaign Management & Reporting
- Manage and grow new and existing relationships with brands, agency teams and other relevant stakeholders, steering account growth and success.
- Critically evaluate client media plans to ensure alignment with best practices, offering data-driven recommendations and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI and guarantee long-term client success.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for campaign health across the assigned book of business, conducting rigorous setup reviews, continuous performance monitoring, and proactive optimization to ensure all clients meet or exceed their KPIs.
- Lead client consultations focused on integrating "Always-On" strategy with performance marketing objectives, partnering closely with the Brand Partnerships team to unlock incremental spend and drive revenue attainment.
- Gather, analyse and present data alongside insights and actionable next steps as part of post campaign reporting and/or account audits.
- Prioritising tasks based on urgency and impact, in alignment with Brand Partnerships Managers.

Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact
- Cultivate trusted relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external client/agency partners to drive sustained account growth.
- Navigate organizational structure effectively, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time.

- Drive product adoption and monetization through industry-specific, seasonal and market-aligned programs and packages.
- Co-own account and opportunity planning with Brand Partnerships, jointly developing innovative solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Track revenue attainment and measure client activity impact across individual and team Books of Business.
- Disseminate client, market, and vertical insights across Client Solutions and broader teams via case studies and knowledge-sharing forums.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven experience in account management or client services within digital marketing and advertising, with proficiency in media platforms, advertising KPIs, and multiple verticals.
- Strong understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape.
- Experience in an in-house marketing function, advertising agency, or platform client solutions role.
- Solid grasp of media metrics, their business implications, and relevant research methodologies.
- Track record of managing both branding and performance advertisers, navigating complex, scaling challenges across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in Excel, dashboarding, and related analytical tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Vertical expertise in FMCG.
- Experience with Shopping Ads, e-Commerce marketing, or CPAS. Direct experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Familiarity with third-party ad measurement and verification partners (e.g., IAS, DV, MOAT) as well as measurement partners (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and pixel setup and troubleshooting.
- Track record of developing strategic programs or projects to drive education and product adoption.
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
