About the role
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our FMCG & Beauty vertical. Our CSMs are solutions experts for their verticals, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and solutions and to drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and expand client relationships: Working with your Client Partner, the CSM will cultivate and elevate post-sale client connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.

- Cultivate long-term client relationships: Support regular business reviews, taking a consultative, forward-thinking approach to forge enduring client connections in partnership with the sales team.
- Proactively enhance campaign performance through conducting in-depth investigation of accounts, monitoring and dissecting ad campaigns, initiating improvements for enhanced outcomes.
- Drive data-backed insights to inform strategy and programs: Produce audience insights, analyse campaign performance data to produce data-driven business insights to enhance our go-to-market strategy and to inform vertical and market-wide programs.
- Shape advertising strategy: Relay valuable marketplace feedback and contribute to refining our advertising strategy.
- Program management: Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility assessment to test and learn design and for creative programs.
- Stay current with TikTok features: Maintain an updated knowledge base of TikTok's features and ad units
- Product consultancy: In partnership with the Sales team, support education clients and agencies on product solutions, best practices, and ultimately fostering growth within existing business partnerships.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Engage and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Indicatively, you have 5+ years' experience in ad sales, brand marketing and development, or a sales-related support function, ideally with direct experience working with or for FMCG/CPG brands, with a preference for exposure to beauty and personal care categories.
- Proven track record of translating high-level business goals into actionable digital roadmaps. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and the ability to leverage varied media KPIs, particularly within brand marketing and automated buying (programmatic), to engineer specific, measurable business impacts.
- You have a strong track record of analysing data and translating it into actionable insights that inform and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Familiarity with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) is a definite plus. Same goes for Ad-Tech & Mar-Tech related platforms such as Salesforce, Liveramp, & Adobe.
