Client Solutions Manager, Apps & Gaming - GBS, TikTok Korea

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team helps brands grow on TikTok by connecting creativity, culture, media and commerce. As TikTok continues to grow at speed globally, GBS partners with advertisers to unlock business impact through our advertising solutions, client partnerships, product expertise and data-driven campaign strategies.
Within GBS Korea, the Apps & Gaming team works with some of the most dynamic advertisers across gaming, entertainment, emerging apps and digital services. The team helps clients acquire, engage and retain users by turning TikTok's platform, products and insights into measurable growth.
About the position
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to help Apps & Gaming advertisers grow their business on TikTok. This role is for someone who understands the app ecosystem, performance marketing and campaign optimisation deeply and who is excited by the opportunity to turn data, product expertise and client relationships into commercial impact.
You will partner closely with Client Partners, agencies and cross-functional teams to shape solutions for clients, improve campaign performance, identify incremental growth opportunities and build best-in-class success cases for the Apps & Gaming vertical. The right candidate will be analytical, proactive and commercially minded - with the confidence to go deep into performance data while seeing the broader client growth opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Own client solutions for Apps & Gaming advertisers, helping clients translate business objectives into effective TikTok campaign strategies in partnership with Client Partners.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying optimisation opportunities, product adoption gaps and proactive upsell recommendations by using data to generate actionable insights that improve client outcomes
- Become a trusted expert on TikTok's advertising products, performance solutions and measurement capabilities, tailoring recommendations to different client needs and maturity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and regional teams to solve client challenges and execute growth initiatives
- Develop vertical best practices and lighthouse success cases, sharing learnings internally and externally to raise the standard of TikTok campaign success
- Surface client feedback and market needs to inform product innovation and improve TikTok's solutions for app advertisers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, advertising platforms or digital agencies
- Strong ability to interpret campaign data, identify insights and translate them into clear optimisation actions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership and self-motivation
