About the team:
The Mid-Market Client Partnerships team is responsible for building TikTok's next generation of strategic advertisers.
We identify high-potential and underpenetrated businesses, activate new partners, and develop them into sustainable, scaled advertisers. The team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, combining deep market knowledge, performance-marketing expertise, and scalable client-development models to unlock growth across a broad portfolio.
About the role:
As a Client Partner, you will act as a senior individual contributor responsible for identifying, activating, nurturing, and scaling high-potential advertisers.
You will own a diverse portfolio across various categories within the mid-market team. Your role will extend beyond managing existing client relationships: you will be expected to uncover untapped opportunities, create new growth motions, and establish scalable ways of developing the market.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, deep expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to translate clients' business challenges into measurable growth strategies.
You will be evaluated based on revenue growth, advertiser activation and reactivation, portfolio development, product adoption, client maturity, and the strategic initiatives you lead to strengthen TikTok's position within the industries.
- Define the growth services accounts vertical strategy and manage key accounts planning within your book of business.
- Take ownership of growth accounts across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, and other service categories, with a focus on activation and nurturing to scale clients to the next level.
- Confidently engage with long-tail accounts, applying a one-to-many approach to drive efficiency and unlock new opportunities.
- Create compelling vertical packages and narratives reflecting industry-based trends and use cases that match partner business objectives.
- Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities.
- Develop a consultative approach to offer best-in-class media strategies, from business planning to KPI measurement.

- Educate brand stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build best practices for the vertical.
- Ensure a state-of-the-art business servicing level with the support of client solutions and cross-functional teams.
- Initiate and lead internal and external initiatives pertaining to the services industry to meet revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, ad-tech, technology, consulting, or a related services industry, with a strong track record in the Turkish market.
- Proven ability to acquire, develop, and scale client relationships and strategic partnerships, including high-potential, long-tail, and under-penetrated accounts.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing - including app and web acquisition, measurement, attribution, optimisation, signals, and customer-lifecycle strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client business models, marketing economics, and investment drivers, while combining strategic development with hands-on execution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
- Due to the nature of the business and accounts this role will be managing, fluency in Turkish and English is important with a willingness to travel as business needs arise.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Background in Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology, Travel, Gaming, or app-based businesses, with experience on the client side, at a media agency, digital platform, or within the ad-tech ecosystem.
- Established relationships with senior marketing, growth, and commercial decision-makers in the Turkish market, with a strong understanding of the online advertising and digital services ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build markets, verticals, or commercial propositions from an early stage, and to challenge established approaches in favour of new models for client acquisition and development.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional projects and influencing product, measurement, marketing, and commercial stakeholders without formal authority - with an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset.
- Define vertical strategy and manage key account planning across a diverse book of business, with a focus on activating and scaling growth accounts across services categories.
- Develop consultative, insight-led media strategies and compelling vertical narratives - from business planning through to KPI measurement - while educating clients on TikTok's value and building best practices.
- Drive revenue objectives by leading internal and external initiatives, managing long-tail accounts at scale, and maintaining a high standard of client servicing in partnership with cross-functional teams.
