Client Parter, Team Lead - CPG Ad-Sales - Mexico

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
About the team:
The Consumer team is responsible for driving revenue for Mexico advertisers on TikTok. The Client Partner Team Lead (what we call BPM Team Lead (Brand Partnerships Managers) will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize critical marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets. They will also identify the business's needs and allocate appropriate resources to drive sustained growth in these high-potential regions.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for Sales Leader to join the CPG Team in Mexico who will focus on growth, acquisition and ROI-driven advertisers. This business will be a critical driver within TikTok's Revenue Partnerships organization, and will focus on disruptor advertisers in many business verticals.
As a Lead of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients, and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.
Your day to day will be:
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
- Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Years of experience in Ad-Sales & digital advertising
- Proven track record of building, developing and leading high performance teams (people manager).
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing;
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying;
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-Speaking markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for TikTok and an understanding of the media and advertising technology landscape
- A team player and collaborator
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to perform well in a rapidly changing environment
In-Office Policy - We are currently working in the office 4x a week in Polanco and will be moving to full-time, 5 days in-office by September 2026.
