Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the sales team to support driving sales activities that help the team deepen partnerships and grow revenue across multiple industries in Vietnam.
- Support and assist activities across the sales lifecycle, including but not limited to: research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, daily performance monitor - ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
- Ad Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all advertisements adhere to TikTok's advertising policies and best practices, maintaining brand safety and compliance.
- Build a One-Pager: Identify clients' challenges and build a scalable solution and go-to-market strategy to support clients and bring more opportunities support multilingual translation when required
- Coordinate internal projects and action items to support successful execution of projects.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate logistics and handle other administrative tasks to support client-facing activities. Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action points after internal or client meetings.
- Multilingual Support: Provided translation and language quality review (sense-checking) for documents across Chinese, Vietnamese, and English, and supported teams communications, including programs and updates announcements with agencies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proficiency in the following languages: English, Chinese and Vietnamese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and Vietnamese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese and Vietnamese-speaking markets.
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or any related field.
- Start as soon as possible, 6 months commitment.
