Central Strategy & Analytics Lead, North America Monetization Strategy & Operations
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Monetization Strategy & Operations Lead to oversee North America (NA) business operations. As the NA MSO Central Strategy & Analytics Lead, you will own end-to-end NA MSO workstreams, including revenue planning, MBO selection, quarterly/annual planning, executive reporting, high-impact strategic projects, senior stakeholder engagement, and team management. The position will work closely with the GM and work horizontally across all business units under NA, which includes US Enterprise, Canada and NA SMB.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, curious, and creative problem-solvers who use data-driven analysis to prioritize organizational opportunities and pain points. You should excel in stakeholder management, thrive in fast-paced, startup-like global environments, and be comfortable collaborating across time zones, operating in ambiguity, and driving cross-functional solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead a high-performing team of strategy and analytics associates to deliver NA-level initiatives, including strategic planning, reporting, analytics and data foundations, and high-value special projects
- Partner with senior sales and product leaders to shape strategic direction for the NA business.
- Align business and team priorities with company objectives to influence decision-making across NA and global stakeholders.
- Identify revenue opportunities through quantitative/qualitative analysis, translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional programs to track progress and measure impact.
- Build KPIs, reports, and dashboards to drive sales intelligence and business visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Global MSO and key partners (Sales, Product, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations, consulting, or finance in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of managing high performing teams.
- Ability to use data to craft compelling narratives that influence organizational decision-making at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience in data visualization tools, BI platforms, or SQL
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma), and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook)
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
