The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in campaign data tracking and reporting to monitor performance metrics such as GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates
- Supporting data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to help identify trends and insights
- Helping maintain and improve campaign trackers and dashboards for accuracy and usability
- Assisting in project coordination, including timeline tracking, task follow-ups, and documentation
- Creating basic visual assets or presentation materials using Figma and/or Canva for internal reporting or campaign support
- Supporting post-campaign reviews by organizing data and insights into structured summaries
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline
- Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for simple designs or presentations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
- Comfortable with Excel or similar tools (formulas, pivots, basic analysis).
- Interest in data analytics and performance tracking.
