As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support platform governance initiatives: Assist in executing policy enforcement, seller compliance checks, and platform campaigns eligibility. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to platform rules and smooth resolution of issues.
- Manage logistics operations and merchant communication: Oversee shipping performance, exception handling, and seller support. Collaborate with merchants, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and minimize operational disruptions.
- Contribute to process optimization: Leverage data analysis and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks in governance and logistics workflows. Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, growth, and industry teams to align on governance standards, logistics requirements, and campaign execution. Assist in coordinating projects across teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Assist in escalation and resolution: Facilitate timely investigation and resolution of platform or logistics issues, including policy disputes, shipping exceptions, and merchant appeals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Data-sensitive with proficiency in Excel formulas
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred background in Business/ Marketing or related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce activities and platform governance is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
