About the team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns
- Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design
- Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup
- Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports
- Maintain regular communication with key creators and support community engagement strategies
- Identify high-potential creators through performance signals and market observation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data related discipline.
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems
- Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Italian as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support creator communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Italian-speaking markets, where Italian is a primary working language.
- Availability to commit to a minimum 4-month internship period.

Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred start date: January 2027.
- Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus)
- Data-driven with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking
- Social media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy, with a strong sense of internet trends and online culture
- Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.)
