Campaign Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop Digital Goods) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up campaign and promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and promo codes
- Support collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution, including resolving any issues related to execution
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and trackers to support campaign planning and execution
- Monitor real-time campaign and promo performance; support compiling and analyzing post-campaign results when needed.
- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support for campaign and operational execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on learning experiences
- Prepare campaign and media brief for several media such as KOL, SEM, SEO, Offline Branding

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a university degree or a recent graduate
- Prior experience in marketing, campaign operations, or project management
- Proficient in campaign support tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva, Social Media)
- Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-starter attitude with attention to detail & ready to adapt in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, a fast learner & willingness to take initiative
- Prior exposure to tech platforms like TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong awareness of social media platforms and current content trends
