About the Team
The TikTok Shop Lifestyle Campaign team drives business growth across Lifestyle categories through strategic campaign planning, execution, and seller growth initiatives. The team focuses on increasing GMV, enhancing product visibility, and optimizing campaign performance.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

About the Role
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in e-Commerce campaign operations, including Mega, Category, and Brand Campaigns, as well as key seller programs. You will develop skills in campaign execution, traffic management, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Support campaign and program operations across key initiatives, including Mega, Category, and Brand Campaigns, as well as the NPD Program and TikTok Shop Mall Partnership Subsidy Program (Event).
- Support campaign setup including but not limited to voucher setup, resource and artwork configuration, and campaign visibility management
- Manage campaign traffic tools and analyze their performance to further optimize tool performance
- Support other assigned projects to further improve cluster campaign GMV and awareness

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude with strong ownership, especially during high-intensity campaign periods
- Possesses a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- English proficiency

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Able to commit to working 4-5 days per week for at least 3 months.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools (e.g., Lark)
- Familiarity with basic content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
